Return / Exchange Policies

For Books and Notebooks

due to the nature of the print-on-demand manufacturing process, returns are not permitted for physical copies

However, if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, a replace copy can be provided at no cost.

Unfortunately, there are no returns or cancellations on ebook orders

For Merch
-
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

For all other reasons in requesting a return, contact me with your name and email provided

Cancellations

For Books and Notebooks

By default, all orders have a 60 minute production delay after the order is paid for.

Orders can only be canceled during the production delay

you must visit the Lulu Direct Orders page to cancel an order during this time

For Merch

As long as your order is still in the 'fulfillment stage,' as in it is still being processed, you can cancel at any time

simply contact me with your order no., name, and email so I can authorize it
